Frequently Asked Questions

Why did you stop making FAVE juice? We really liked it!

We also liked FAVE juice --- and we have had a lot of fun bringing it to consumers everywhere. However, we were faced with massive increases in the cost of our All-Natural ingredients. All the other stuff – the boring things such as transportation, packaging and merchandising – were also rapidly increasing in cost.

We decided we could not increase the price of FAVE to cover all these expenses, and still be able to bring you a delicious and All-Natural juice at a fair value. So – we decided to have FAVE juice take a hiatus while we develop new plans --- a nap!

Really? A NAP? That was your plan?

Well, hasn’t everyone wanted to take a nap when things got too stressful? Besides, we all know we wake from naps refreshed and invigorated.

When will FAVE be back?

Fave is pasteurized for your safety and may be safely stored unopened under normal home pantry or cupboard conditions indefinitely. We bet you’ll enjoy it a lot faster!

What do those numbers mean (e.g. “BB 11/14/16 SBK 14134 GR1 16:03”) on my bottle of Fave?

We value fresh product and we are committed to food safety and traceability. Every bottle of All-Natural Fave always carries a computerized bottling date and a production code.

“BB” stands for “Best by”. The next digits are just the date by which we recommend you enjoy your Fave. Fave uses the open date code format. As an example, 11/14/16 is November 14, 2016.

The “best by” date is designed to ensure your bottle of Fave is still 100% delicious when you open the bottle. As always, Fave should be refrigerated after opening the individual bottle.

There is also a 3-digit flavor code… for example, SBK is Strawberry Banana Kiwi. The bottling time will be shown in 24-hour format …for example, 16:03 means the product was bottled at 4:03PM local time. There is a 2-digit code indicating the production facility … e.g. GR for Gridley, CA, and “1” stands for the individual bottling line. The 14134 contains additional internal information.
