“Right”, I hear you say … “what’s an ADDY?”

Well, for us in the consumer packaged goods business, these awards are a big deal — especially if you are a small company like us!

The ADDY Awards are the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting over 50,000 entries every year in local ADDY competitions. The mission of the ADDY competition is to recognize and reward creative excellence in the art of advertising.

The ADDY awards start at the local market level, and the competition then moves through Regional and National tiers.  Fave was evaluated in Michigan, because that is where our Agency partner is based.

We are thrilled to announce that Fave was honored with a GOLD ADDY Award, the highest award available.

The ADDY specifically recognized Fave for our “Sales Promotion Packaging Campaign”.  I am pretty sure that means the judges really liked our bottles.

Fave even received a special judges’ award as well … so we think we are doing something right.

Fave is featured in January 2013 PROGRESSIVE GROCER!

FIRST, I am guessing that most of you probably aren’t regular readers of PROGRESSIVE GROCER.  In fact, I’d bet that many of you are unfamiliar with this publication.

For those of us who operate in the supermarket industry, PROGRESSIVE GROCER (PG) occupies a special spot as one of the leading publications for this exciting industry – for more than 90 years!

Fave is flattered that PG included Fave in their January 2013 story about non-carbonated beverages.  They even quote Fave: “consumers are seeking tangible health benefits from their beverages instead of pure refreshment value.  Our all-natural, 100 percent fruit-and-vegetable juice is right on trend for today’s consumer”.

The trend of exploding information – via smartphones, tablets, PCs and more – has educated consumers about rapidly rising obesity and diabetes levels in the United States.   Combine these trends with an aging population, and you have a large group

Post-Holiday blues …?
